Our Story
In 2019, we took delivery of our 20.6 Zone RV Offroad Limited Edition, ready to start our own caravan adventures around Australia.
While preparing our van for travel on dirt roads, we quickly realised there was no effective solution to protect critical components underneath the van from rock and stone damage. Knowing how easily this kind of damage could interrupt — or completely end — a trip, we set out to design a better solution.
Drawing on decades of experience in our family-owned engineering and manufacturing business, we developed our Underbody Stone Protection System (USPS) — a purpose-built design that worked with the Zone chassis and matched the quality we expected from our van.
After testing it on our own Zone and seeing the results firsthand, we shared our solution with the wider Zone community. The feedback was immediate and overwhelmingly positive.
Since then, we’ve continued to do what started this journey in the first place — listen to Zone owners. That feedback has driven the development of a growing range of practical, real-world protection solutions, including The Woody, The Woody Hood, The Woody 2.0, Extended Mudflaps, Step Protection Mudflap, and the Inlet Manifold Protection System, Diesel Tank Protection Covers as well as the Diesel Tank Protection Lockable Cap Covers.
